The World wants to confuse us about who we are. The world wants us to choose how we “identify”.
This morning, I was led to Isaiah 43. I love this passage because it’s a passage of identity. Who does God say I am, and who does God say that He is?
I grew up feeling God was distant…on a throne in the Heavens, looking down and judging me.
When I thought of God, I didn’t think of a loving Father, but instead of one that I was constantly disappointing because of my sinful nature.

I have walked with the Lord for over 30 years…so it’s hard to just “share my testimony” in a 10 minute story. So I decided to write my story in a multi-part series of posts. As I have done so, I have gotten to see the hand of God over the past 30 years. I hope my story blesses you and increases your faith in a God who knows you and loves you completely- one who walks before you, behind you and beside you.
